Last week I was cleaning and I found women's underwear and a huge stash of condoms which weren't ours. I felt so betrayed, when I confronted him he said it was a one night fling he did because he was under a lot of stress from his job and us moving in together. My parents were against us moving in together so I know if I go back home it will be I told you so. What do I do?

A possible "I told you so" or a miserable relationship?
Hmmm tough choice.
Call your parents and just mention to them that you feel you can't come home because they will say "I told you so" and you may be surprised that they are not as childish as you think.
Either that or move into somewhere else, there are a million flat shares out there. Find one and go.
Personally I could never forgive cheating. And his excuses are absolutely pathetic. The fact he kept her pants shows you exactly how much he "regretted it." You don't buy souvenirs to remind you of a holiday if you are having a terrible time.
Good Luck!! xx
