writes: Hi, I wrote the "he stares at me like a challenge" question, and i wanted to respond and say thanks for the answers. I just wanted to say, the things he says in front of people to get under my skin arent nessicarily mean, more like they make me think "what is the need to ask such pointless things?". And when I said he's nicer when we're alone, i mean hes quieter and talks to me normally. meaning he doesnt challenge me, but still asks me questions. another reason i thought he liked me was because his friend has a nickname for me, and this guy has another. one day the guy im speaking about asked if i liked the other guy (bc i used to crush him), then asked which nickname i liked better. after i told him i didnt care, he began to call me by the name the OTHER guy calls me. sorry so confusing and long. so my suspicions of him liking me seem to be right. the thing is, he's "serious" with his girlfriend, but they just dont seem like they'll make it. the reason i say this is, when they're together, people can see theres no passion, no obvious signs of intense love. but who knows what goes on behind closed doors? im just confused as to whether or not i like him. i think i may be in the "what if" stage, but im scared. so i dont know. ill just have to wait and see how things play out. thank you so much for reading and answering!

 dear reader it sounds to me that he is in the same stage as you he might not know how to react when he is on his own with you does he know how you feel about him and if he is with someone else then i'm afraid to say yes it is one of the sit and wait things if you intervin with their relationship then you could be the one that comes off worse i think you need to talk to him and try and make him tell you exacly how he feels so then your mind is at rest and then you can both move ondon't be scared about how you feel face it and make soemthing good out of it for you i hope you find all the right answers good luck all the best xxx
