Dear OP,
Changing jobs is a lot of trouble, so maybe there are some other steps you can take before making such a big change.
1) would it be possible to have him ban from your workplace? For instance, to talk to your boss about it so he doesn't have permission anymore to come in?
2) Have you tried talking to him and the females and telling them you feel harassed? I am sure he won't enjoy coming over if you go to the females and say "hey, are you dating this guy? cause you know, he's my ex, he broke up with me and now he' showing up with you to make me feel bad. he already did that twice, with other girls like you."
Is he harassing or stalking you in any other way? Or is showing up at the workplace the only thing he does? Could it be that there's another explanation for why he's showing up at your workplace, i.e. lack of sensitivity, or are you sure he does it to hurt you?
Maybe you can give some additional information about this. I hope that you can keep your job and get over him.
