How can I get rid of the excess fat on my belly?
Q. ok. im 16 years old im about 5ft5 / 5ft6? and i weigh 10stone... FAT I KNOW! what is the best way to get rid of my fatty belly, and tone it up if not get a 6pack abs? i dont want to go to the gym. i would rather do it at home or on the park...
