Why does our country (UK) come to a standstill when it snows when other countries manage to keep going with transport etc?
Q. Why can't the UK get it's self together and provide snow ploughs and more gritting lorries when it snows, instead of just giving a weather warning out and having drivers crash? Why does the country have to come to a standstill? They want us to use ...
