I know that I can help people because I am one who genuinely likes to listen. I try and understand what the other person is going through. I try to put myself in there shoes. I can also take myself out of being in there shoes, and really try and understand the other person intention and true purpose or meaning behind it. I guess maybe I give people the benefit of the doubt. I am also able to try and think outside of themselves, and really look at the situation and problem for what it really is. And what I mean by that is, by seeing the problem from the outside and taking it for what it really is. When I speak in order to help someone/somebody, I speak by personal experience, I speak from learning about different people and there experiences and what the reality of what the problem really is. I feel that I'm able to give the individual a true reality check. I feel I am capable of helping others. Because at the end of the day, all I am really there to do is to try and help the individual get out of the there dilema or issue, and try and give them the steps and tools in order to make it happen.
