Q. Okay I definately need some girl advice right about now. What do you do to relieve your menstrual cramps? It's so bad for me that it makes me throw up and all I can do is curl up in a ball with a hot water bottle until it goes away 3 hours later. I ...
A. 1 August 2009: A nice hot bath and some chocolate normally works for me
Also rubbing ur lower stomach, firmly but not too harsh, feels better if someone else does it for you too
If its causing a lot of stress a visit to the doctor may be needed,
