I need makeup tips to start the 8th grade!

A. 1 February 2011: Might be a bit late here, but don't worry about makeup too much. I wear black everything eye wise, except shadow. You do NOT want to follow my footsteps though, haha. I wear tons of eyeliner and people say I look 16. This COULD be a good thing. But ... (read in full...)
