A. 18 July 2011: Why don't you ask her directly? That way you can see if she likes you, and if she does then ask her out, and it's unlikely that she'll say no. Also, if she does say no then ask her not to spread it around,I'm sure she'll understand :)

You should ask him first, to avoid any awkwardness between you. He sounds like he really liks you, but just in case you got the wrong idea, asking him would make you certain about whether he liked you or not.
