It doesn't really make a difference whether its VOLUNTEER staff or paid staff. It's nice and all for them to do it, but they did VOLUNTEER to do it so I think I have every right to point out when someone(whomever that may be) isn't doing their due

I think I can say this on behalf of all of the mods on this site when I say you are very welcome. I know it really means alot to me when I can help someone out and in return I often learn so much about myself.

You're right, it is nice to hear from the OP's but the truth is many of them do not reply. Hopefully people do read this and I do beleive it is mentioned somewhere in posting a question. More feedback is always good from them but all we can do is

All anonymous posts have to go through the moderating process. If you aren't posting from your logged in account, you will not ever gain AA status and your answers will be posted when our VOLUNTEER moderators have a chance to log on and moderate.
