How to edit a rejected question

Ok I was feeling a little sad and as I wrote a question I got too ahead of me and now my question got rejected! (said some things I shouldn't)

Anyways...

I try to click to edit the message and re-send it... But nothing happens... It gives me a blanck website screen...

How do I edit my question again? Or can I delete it forever?

Perhaps you need to clear out your browswer cache? I don't know why you can't resubmit the question. Perhaps you should simply write a new question.
