Weds mini-update

Hiya

Another mini update... well, mini in terms of how it looks it hurt my head to do! The number of questions with new followups is now alerted in the same way as new friends / new private messages on your user bar at the top

First time you see it, it will show total followups you have but it'll be fine from then onwards.....

Also, dragonette, I've added the "title" tag.

Feedback/probs welcome as usual

Thanx Andrew! The title tag works. I see you've implemented it on those who ask the question only, not on those who answer it. Fair enough =) Much thanx.
