can people change?? help plz

I went out with this boy he was the same age as me but he cheated on me after just 5 days! He also used to get drunk alot and do drugs and things which he knew i didnt like.

Now about 3 months later he keeps saying he wishes he never cheated n now he realises that he gave up something which could of been so special. He wants to get back together and is being really sweet.

But my concerns are has he changed like he said. will he cheat again?

he also says he is gonna stop the drugs and drinking because he doesnt wanna loose me again.

He did quit smoking last time i went out with him.

should i give him another chance my feelings for him havent changed?

If I were you I would make sure he has given up the drugs and drinking and to prove that he wants you.

He has a dependant personality so be careful.

yer gd idea also my mate thinks he might b desperate coz he calls me about 3 times a day.

but i think it might b just cause he cares about me ( i hope)

ppl dont change !!! after a few days he got bored with trying 2 change n got drunk n hooked up with a mate of mine he is now "madly in love with her"

make him prove to you that he has given the booze n drugs up first because you dont want to get hurt again then if you feel it is the right thing to do get back with him if not say no.
