A female Canada age 41-50, *hymeagain writes:

Dated this guy for 2.5 years. We broke up in Oct due to trust issue on both part. Last week he email me after no contact. Simple emaisl back and forth for 2 days. I told him I was getting help for my issues and he said the same. I told him that we need to continue our session before we can see each other in person (this killed me, I wanted to run over and talk to him in person) to talk. He agreed. It's been 2 days since our last email and I don't know if I should email him to see if we can set a date to talk in person or leave him alone and see if he contact me again. I love him so much and want to work everything out so we can have a future together.

Abella agony auntgive him another week or better still two. Don't smother him. Must have taken him courage to contact you. But you want him back entirely because you both want it very much. You do. He needs to show you and reassure he really does too. Because breaking up a second time is the worst
