If you do this with your girlfriend's permission or in her presence, then that's fine (it's a matter between you two). If you can keep it within your relationship, it might be manageable. But keep in mind you could be opening the door to some scary developments. What if you became addicted or if it becomes a habit?
As for whether it would feel the same, I really don't know. I understand that for many men it's the pressure on the prostate gland that makes it so pleasurable. Since women don't have a prostate gland, the feeling could be quite different.
