 Surely he wont be to busy to spend a little time with you. Just tell him you would like some time alone with him and have a nice meal and a bottle of wine. That should break the ice.

 Before I can reply to this question, I (and other potential answerers) need to know how long you have been going out with this guy.
As it's your first time, you're going to be nervous, but if your boyfriend really loves and cares for you, he'll respect you, whatever decision you make (this is why we really need to know how long you've been seeing this guy, as, if its not long, it may be better to wait)
Don't feel pressured to do it though, even though everybody else may tell you otherwise
