If you click on the "Top Agony Aunts" topic in the second menu ribbon you may be able to see separate ratings for your comments from everybody, versus ratings given by the original poster. The list only includes the top 100 members, and there is an activity requirement before you can appear in those lists - I don't recall exactly, but it's something like 25 or more total submissions plus at least 10 ratings received.
Unfortunately, I don't think there is any way to know the rating values that individual responses are receiving. It would be helpful to know which posts are receiving especially high or low ratings.

You *are* being rated. You only have a handful of answers, so you are seeing the green bars of ratings. It's a volume thing -- keep answering questions and you'll see ratings. Not everyone rates, and not everyone rates extremely high or extremely low.
Just keep at it and you'll see your ratings establish themselves! It's all a matter of quantity. Try answering 100 questions and see what happens to your ratings then!
