If you still feel you need to speak to someone about it - just ask to see your doctor - your parents might get nosy and wonder why you wanted to see the doctor - but you can respectfully tell them you would rather talk to a doctor about it.

 I would suggest if you really are that worried that you do go and see your doctor.
If it is not painful or has always done what is does when you get erect then it may be nothing to worry about but I would get it seen to just incase and it will stop you worrying to hear from someone that there is nothing wrong.
Do you have to tell your parents why you want to see the doctor? If you do have to why not talk to your dad about it. I know it's embarassing.
