I has been very nice to see him again. We have always had a strong attraction to each other but have never had sex. Well, tonight he is coming to my home for dinner. I am very excited but kind of nervous. Our last few texts were somewhat sexual. I really do want to be with him sexually and I am getting the same vibe from him right now but what if I am wrong. I guess I wonder why someone would know me for 30 years and then now move to the next level in the relationship? We are both single with grown children and we both even have grandchildren. Help!!! What would you do? I dont want to make a fool of myself if I am reading all this wrong

Even if nothing sexual happens - and I would sort of let him make the first move if I were you - this is beyond special. Enjoy every minute of it, it is so beautiful, there is nothing like an innocent friendship that was never consummated - you are indeed blessed. Enjoy the friendship for what it is and have no expectations - if it's meant to be, it will happen. Just know that someone somewhere (ie me) wishes this were happening to her. :) Have fun!!

 I would go for it. There is never a sure way to know if a man is mutually interested or not, but the only way you are going to find out is if you make the first move or if you blatantly ask him.
Life is short. Stop wasting time and go for it or you're going to spend the rest of your life wondering "what if" or saying to yourself "if only".
Good luck. I"m sure he must feel the same way or he wouldn't have reciprocated the reconnection.
