Sounds like panic attacks to me. Have you tried talking to a therapist? Perhaps you are under a lot of stress right now and talking it out will help you sleep some. Or if a therapist is out of the question, how about keeping a journal? A place to get out all your thoughts before you go to sleep, so you may be able to make it through the night!

flower girl agony auntThis sounds very much like something called Night Terror, as all of the symtoms you have discribed are associated with this.

In children it is not something that you need to be concerned about and it's something you will grow out of.

Take care.xx.

sounds spooky. This has happened to me before with the waking up swetaing and feelin sick but i never have been sick and i normally just av to sit there until i'm tird enough to fall back to sleep but it wasn't all that often so i just took it as a one off thing. It might be an effect to sleep walking which a doctor cud help you with but if this is happening regularly i wud go to the doctor anyway and tell them as they should be able to help. I shouldn't think its anything really serious probably something to do with the sleep walking but i may be totally wrong. I'm sure its nothing the doctor can't fix so stop worrying and take a trip to the doctors. hope i helped. xxxx
