Hey everyone, Ive got some advice on this issue before but now its finally hitting me. How long does it take to get over a 5 year relationship? She was my first Love and first everything. I'm so down because she wanted to see what else was out there and didn't know what she wanted in her life. I'm 22 and she is 21. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm so sad all the time, and I'm sure everyone is sick of hearing me talk about it.

I miss her so much, and I just knew that we were meant for each other. It was amazing until the very end for both of us. It a true love feeling when we see each other, she is just scared and thinks that she doesn't want to regret not living her single life and seeing if something else comes along. I am mad and sad at the same time, just cant focus on anything. I did everything and anything for her. We had so much passion..the type of love that does not come along often. We lasted all through high school, college and the start of our careers.

I want her back so much but there is nothing I can do. I'm so down because only a few months ago she said I was the one for her. We were so sure of ourselves. Most couples that split like this do not get back together with their first loves, but we ended so strong. I hope she doesn't find anything. Thanks

Thank you so much...your advice truly helps. It will definitely be difficult, but I will look forward to my future. I have a lot to give and if she didnt see that then it is her loss. I am a truly caring guy. As long as shes happy thats what its all about for me because she gave that to me. Thanks again
