A few months ago I met this girl through a friend of mine, we became friends and we talked to each other about personal things. A month ago she said that I'm the first guy since her ex that can have a relationship with and not just a fling. She asked me if I wanted to be her bf. I said yes and she said she'll promise to be my first (kiss).The other day she said that this isn't fair on me because even though she really likes me but she's not ready to have her broken heart healed yet.. So now we've broken up and we didn't kiss.I'm just wondering (because I still have feelings for her) what I should do and she said she still likes me.

Move on. Get out there and meet some other people. You can find women everywhere, the hard part is stepping out of your comfort zone and asking one out. This girl sounds like she is playing games with you.
Trust me, there are a ton of ladies out there who will be more than happy to meet a nice guy.
