Thing is, i'm afraid to ask him if its ok because I don't know how your supposed to kiss. I think I'v been really weird by looking it up online and I don't know who to turn to next. Really confused because I don't know what to say afterwards or how to start up a conversation again. At the moment, I'm saying hello then gibbering after. Is that normal? I'm probably sounding ike a pathetic teenager with this but I dont know anymore. So here is my question. How can you tell if your a good kisser?

some people just don't want to kiss in public... it doesn't mean they are ashamed of you or kissing you...

BeckySmith101 is verified as being by the original poster of the questionthanks. But the thing is, like I say, he is the only person I have ever kissed so I don't know what to expect. its not like a break up where you can ask why they broke up with you and If it was because of kissing. nor can I ask him whats wrong with it because then i'll sound like a self-esteemless and needy girl. I dont want to do that because I used to be clingy. anyway, im also scared because i think he might be ashamed to kiss me in public because we kiss outside but not in front of anyone. :S
but thanks for all the answers!!!
xx

the only way to know if you are a good kisser is to ask the person you are kissing if they like how you kiss them.
because the way you kiss one person may be the way they like to be kissed but another person may not like it.
but if you ask, they can tell you and you can refine your kissing technique...

You're not born magically knowing this stuff. Don't worry about it, and don't feel insecure - anyone who knows how to be a good kisser learned through practice (actually, that's true about a lot of things in life). You weren't born knowing how to walk or talk, either.
Talk to him. He won't make fun of you about it. He might tease you about taking so long to work up the nerve to say something, but not about kissing.
