 If you have any sickness whatsoever or any diarhoea(not sure on spelling) Then the pill will be ineffective, this should be in your leaflet enclosed with the pill. You should use another form of contraception for 7 days as well as continue to take the pill, to make sure you are protected.
Also be aware for future reference, that if you are anti biotics the same can be said as this can cause the pill to not work correctly. If ever in doubt dont take the risk, use extra protection, always better to be safe than sorry.
