She can become pregnant from pre-cum (produced before you cum, and possibly even without you noticing) as well as the leftover cum on your penis. This is why it's so stupid to use this method, if you're not trying to get her pregnant. There was once a joke - what do you call guys who use the pulling-out method? Parents.

mate having unprotected sex PERIOD can get your gf pregnant, not matter if you pull out or not.
She can get pregnant from pre-cum which does contain sperm in it and science lessons teach us it takes 1 sperm to impregnate someone.
As for your question about leftover sperm its possible but doubtful as the sperm may die depending where it is in or around your body. But it doesnt matter as unprotected sex can get her pregnant regardless of how fast you pull out
