A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I'll just cut to the chase here because I need answers. Fast. I've (I'm almost 19 and a college freshman) been pretty stupid with my ex (whom is 18 and still in high school) lately: we had unprotected sex three times in the last month and I'm mainly trying to get over him but those damn puppy-dog eyes and his body just call out to me. Contrary to that, I have actually been pretty strong considering my behavior before we broke up. But my real problem is the pregnancy factor. I'm not sure if I am pregnant or not. I just finished my period, but this period was extremely different than my past ones: I had like no cramps and it lasted two and a half days when it usually lasts about five. I've always had a bit of a hearty appetite, but it's just gotten larger in that last couple of weeks. I've had urges to throw-up, but I haven't yet and I always have to go to the bathroom. I don't know if all this is just stress or not, but I AM pretty stressed out, I have no money to get an abortion (I'm pro-choice), I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet, though, but I'm terrified of the results. I mean, what the hell am I going to do if I'm pregnant and I can't afford an abortion!? I know I've been seriously stupid and I'm never having unprotected sex again until I'm ready to have a kid because this kind of stress is just too much! But I do have a question: are there any health insurance agencies in Illinois that will cover at least 75% of the cost of an abortion? I'm just thinking about my options right now and the only option I see for myself if I am pregnant is abortion.

I just wanted 2009 to be a great year... =/ Please help!

a_decent_1 agony auntInsurance will cover an abortion in a case where you are ' Medically adviced ' to undergo an abortion..

Like if there is a risk of life involved in the pregnancy.

If there are chances of a miscarriage..

If your womb is too weak to hold a pregnancy..

In short, if there is a medical reason to abort, the insurance company will pay.

But not just because you got pregnant due to a mistake will your insurance company pay you.. Insurance does not cover Unsafe sex buddy..

This is my subject so you can be rest assured with what i say..

G'day

before worrying about what if, you really need to determine if you are pregnant. take a test. there is a chance that you aren't pregnant and it is stress that is causing your symptoms. don't worry about the result being positive, chances are it will be negative as you have has a period. granted it is different from normal, but again any number of reasons could be the cause of it.

take a test and then worry
