Quite serious, only lasting around 20 seconds when having intercourse but looking around the internet this may have been because of my tight foreskin and frenulum breve. I went 55 years with a tight foreskin before I was circumcised and my only regret is that I didn't have it done earlier in my life.
The amount of lost sensitivity I have found is so small that it is not worth worrying about. It is more than compensated by not feeling the discomfort of a tight foreskin and feeling much cleaner as a result.

Because once it's off you cant put it back on. Get a second opinion ( preferably from a doctor who is in tact ) because there is an awful lot of mixed opinion out there. And circumsized males all seem to want the uncircumsized to join their ranks ( i think they realise we have a lot more fun).
As far as the results? I understand you lose sensitivity on the head, so possibly that could make you last longer.

reader, anonymous, writes (31 August 2009): The best thing to do to prolong ejaculation is to "train" yourself. Have you tried to masturbate then stop? When you think you are about to cum stop and wait until the feeling dies down then start again. The first few times might not produce the best results but the longer you try this technique, the easier it will be to last longer. It worked for me!

But I can tell you that a masturbation session for me lasts about 15 minuets due to the fact that I have less feeling down there. So, yes it can help, but I must warn you that it is a painful procedure and the exposed under-skin will dry out quicker.
