Chlamydia can be easily treated and cured with antibiotics.
If what you said is true,it is possible that you got it from him.
There is a possibility that he was treated and cured of the STD without your knowledge.

I think you should ask your boyfriend about this STD. If its something like Chlamydia, then its possible that he didn't even know he had it. Even if he has something like Herpes some people never know they have it because they never have an out break. They are know as "carriers" and they are able to carry the desease and pass it but they themselves never have the symptoms. So I insist you ask your doctor and read up on it.

I would suggest that you read more online and be more informed about STD's and how it affects the unborn child.
You could Google it online and one of the links I found is pasted below . You could also ask your doctor on your next visit .

It depends on which STD you have. If you're already talking to your doctor about this, please ask about the risk to your baby, the best steps to reduce that risk, proper care for your own health, and how you can prevent spreading the STD in the future if you ever leave your boyfriend (even if you don't, it's good to know).
As for where he got it from: It could be from before he was with you, or from cheating on you, or from needles or contact with blood if he either does drugs or works at a hospital or otherwise comes in contact with bodily fluids. The only way to know is to ask him.
There's nothing I can tell you for sure based on what you told me. Ask your doctor and your boyfriend.
