Have you gone to the doctor to see if there is physical cause? It is very important. Also, have you recently started a new medication - some medication can affect your sex drive. Finally, one of the most common reasons for loss of interest is depression. You need to check with a qualified medical practioner. You could risk losing your marriage over this and you may very seriously regret it when it's too late.

Ask yourself honestly what might be happening. Are you stressed out? Do you need more excercise? Does your wife look different, is she being sloppy? Are you depressed?
Talk to your wife and assure her it's not her and perhaps you can come up with something together.....some romantic dinners, sexy lingerie for the wife....or do some research on-line. It may just be a slump you are in at the moment, but be sure to talk to your wife so she doesn't take it personally.
