Blokes say these things and it doesn't mean anything, it just means he has fond memories or he still finds you pretty sometimes.
They just say what comes into their heads at the time and then we girls try to analyse it.
If he wants you back then he'll have to put a bit more effort in than that. So just treat it as a compliment and carry on as normal.
