 There are several explanations for this. He might of fell asleep or something. Try calling him. You will truely find out why he hasnt called you. Dont go to any sudden conclusions too soon

 just because the guy hasnt called doesn't mean he's lost interest. may he's shy and waiting for you to go and if you really going out won't you see him when he picks you up/ you meet him. dont worry too much
