Masturbation doesn't really have anything to do with it. We get hard-ons in our sleep, eating dinner, watching TV. Maybe thats just me then, lol.
The worst part is when you wake up to go to the loo and you have got one, just have to sit down or stand 10 feet away from the toilet.
