Have you talked to him about it? You really should. He might not realize you like it longer.
Maybe he can go a 2nd time and last longer?
Maybe having you on top just feels too good and he can't hold it longer in that position?

Okay so he used to be able to hold off as long as he could, but now if he does that he looses some of his stiffness. Sweetie this is perfectly normal.
I don't think you have made him lazy however I do suggest shaking things up a bit and trying new positions see how that goes.

At whatever point in your relationship, two things may have happened at the same point: 1) he has begun to premature ejaculate (finish early) and 2) he may have developed some degree of erectile dysfunction (losing his "stiffness").
Talk to a doctor, that's all I can recommend. Otherwise your sex life will never improve.
