There's this guy that I really like. He's constantly staring at me when I'm not looking and looks away and runs off as soon as I catch him looking.

Sometimes he's the sweetest thing ever and other times he acts like an idiot. All the signs are there that he likes me but he's not doing anything about it. He gets so hurt and jealous when I look at or talk to other guys.

Should I just move on from him? He acts normal around everyone else but weird around me and when I see him with a girl he'd stop talking to her and come to me immediately.

Whenever I wanna ask him out he acts like an idiot do I'd get mad and end up not asking him.

I'm 23 and he's 25

If your certain he gets hurt and jealous when you talk to or look at other guys then he probably likes you.

A 25year old man should NOT still be acting like an idiot when a woman talks to him in my book, so are you sure he's for you? If yes then bite the bullet just ask if he fancies a drink, 'like right now' so he doesnt have a chance to be stupid.

Ask him. Sounds like he likes you, and if you like him you guys should work something out, unless you see any reason to avoid dating him after discussing it with him.
