She was definitely flirting with me, and when we were in the car she would look at me all the time and smile and when I would drive fast she would say my name and then put her hand on my arm as if to slow down. When we were sitting down, she would look me dead in the eye, smiling. She dressed very simple yet sexy-hair in a low bun and a lace top. When I dropped her home, she lent in for a kiss on the cheek. I indirectly asked her what she was doing the following day and I think by memory she said that she would get back to me. I texted her right after she got out of the car making sure she got home safe, and she thanked me and said I was a good person in doing so and I replied to that and I haven't heard from her since.

I would CALL her and plan a second date. That way you will know one way or another if she is interested.
Don't leave half open invitations, like are you doing anything tomorrow?
She might think YOU are not interested, since you haven't bothered calling for a whole week.
