A female United States age 36-40, *inh writes:

after two months of dating he told me we have no connection.

when we first meet we did hit it off. we would talk on the phone text. text in the morning goomorning baby. we talk about our future. i told him about going into the military and still having our relationship.

we talk about marriage he said he will wait for me. we like the same things and some we dont. weeks went by we slowly stop talking on the phone but still texts. he works late and im tried when i get home but i call when he gets off from work.

slowly he stops answering my phone calls only text masseges me. he broke up with me over text saying " we dont have connection we dont even talk on the phone." thats funny to me because i call and he the one who doesnt answer.

i used to wait for his bus so i could see him and pass up the other buses. all of the sudden he told me he is sorry and didnt want to lead me on. i just told him u should have never ask for my number and got me all hyped up when he did not have connection.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (12 January 2014):

Well first of all 2 months isn't long at all to get to know someone i would take this as lessoned learned not to get so wrapped up in a Guy you hardly know i mean who knows if he was talking to another girl while seeing you? ? You have no clue cause you don't know him ..so i would move on an not bother with him again there are so many guys out there that wont play games like he did but be thankful he did it now an not a year from now after you really fell for him..good luck ..
