writes:I'm 17 years old and I have regular c sized boobs. My boyfriend is a real boobs man and likes to touch and squeeze them. My problem is that they are always really sore and it hurts to have them touched. I wear a bra all the time coz it's the only way they don't hurt. When I went swimming the other day I didn't wear a bra and I had to get out coz my nipples went out really far and got so hard it really really hurt. I don't know why this was, but it felt like someone was pushing a million needles in them. When I got out and had a hot shower and put a bra back on they stayed hard and sore for the rest of the day and halfway through the night. What is wrong with them?

reader, anonymous, writes (14 February 2009): You may be close to having your period or there may be a more serious cause. If your nipples have an almost orange(fruit) texture to them and if you find any abnormal lumps in your breasts you should really go to the doctor. It may just be as simple as the clothes you're wearing (irritation caused by some fabrics or an allergic reaction) or it may be more serious.
