 It is possible he sent this one liner to gage your interest in him after this time had passed. Go ahead and engage with him and see where it leads. He probably doesn't want to say too much until he knows where you stand.

 Some guys are not good at communications.
They are only good at one liners.
Anything more than that is gold.
You will have to probe and dig into him before he can offer you more informations.

reader, anonymous, writes (16 April 2008): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionOk, this guy is my crush. We've being communicating by email for 6 months now. He left on a trip and went back today. I was so eager for him to tell me about him.
I mean he was away for a more than a month and he always kept in touch.
Before he left I kinda told him my feelings for him and he said he was gonna definitely be in touch at his return, and that's what he did.
But he did it with only this line. Why is he so blunt? Or is it that guys are all like that?
Help me understand please!
