hi5 months is not a long time to be in a realtionship. its still very early days. you shouldnt feel like you have to rush their meeting. have you and your partner met each others daughters? why does your partner put it off? he knows his daughter best doesnt he? how does your daughter feel about meeting the other girl? how does the other girl feel about meeting her? at 16 these girls are not little children so i think it should be up to them when they meet. also you have not mentioned your previous relationships with the girls other parents. have the split ups been acrimonious or not? but like i say, 5 months is not a long time so i woudlnt worry about this. just enjoy your relationship for the time being and when the time is right your girls will meet and i hope all goes well when they do.xx
