 I think, if you really hit it off with each other, and you want to ring her the very next day, that she'd be amazed and flattered that you did.
The main rule with relationships is "don't play mind games", so be honest with yourself, and her. If you want to ring, ring. If you don't want to, then don't pretend you will.
