Wow! Relax! You're just getting started! Most woman ovulate around mid-cycle - and depending on lots of things sperm have variable life expectancies! So although there may be better times than others to conceive - it can happen at any time! Enjoy and have lots of relations with your hubby over the next month or so! If all is healthy, I'm certain you'll be coming back to us with good news!!

That was too close to your menstrual period. You need to learn about "ovulation," which is when your "egg" or "eggs" become mature and drop through your fallopian tubes toward the womb to be fertilized by a man's sperm. This typically occurs approximately half way between your menstrual periods, which may cycle anywhere from about 20 to 40 days. Most women cycle from about 25 to 34 days. So, depending on how long it will be to your next menstrual period, divide the number of days in half and begin activities a few days earlier and have at it for several more days. That might add to the world's population.
