reader, anonymous, writes (10 December 2006): Sure, you have a chance. I'll tell you a very short story. I got a 'friend', or rather a 'colleague' that is quite handsome. He's a very 'respected' guy in the finance industry. When walking around with him, he gets tons of women smiling at him, confronting him, etc, then he gets their numbers and take them 'home' and yeah. How does he do it aside from the good looks? Well, he smiles back, winks, talks with confidence of course, and everything else is easy.
After every night of fun, we go out and I ask him, "What's the tally now?" All he does is smiles and says, "I stopped counting a long time ago."
Now to those Anti-Martini's out there, I'm not anything like this guy. He just gives me amusement.
So to Ms. Anon, I'm not saying all guys are like that - no not at all, but I am telling you that there are guys like that. 8]
What next? Hey, if he's geniune, you can visit the places he goes to - eg: the bar, club, restaurants, etc, then uh, 'bump' into him there. 8]

reader, anonymous, writes (9 December 2006): oh my. people like you are the reason not everyones allowed meet the band;) yes you have a chance, a good a chance as anyone else to tell you the truth. remember, band members ARE PEOPLE TOO! don't stroke their egos.... that way you're in with a better chance, and they won't see you as just another groupie. trust me on this one, im always backstage
