We always talk and I can tell between us there is an attraction, just by the way we talk and look at each each other you can feel there's something there. I feel like he want's to ask me out on a date or ask me for my number but there's something he's holding back on. I'm not sure if it's because I'm younger then him that his afraid to ask and I'll reject him or if it's something else. The other part is that What happens if we do start dating? I'm not sure how to tell my parents, or what their opinions are about their daughter dating a men a bit older than her. Your advice is a great help!

Maybe he's just flirting.... the age difference is not much to be honest. my boyfriend is 13 years younger than I am...
maybe he does not mix business with pleasure and won't ask you out beause he has a business relationship with your place of employment.
Age is just a number after a certain point...
men take risks and ask women out all the time...be brave.

xBrittanyxx is verified as being by the original poster of the questionNo my friend from work talks to him all the time. He is single. My friend sort of put out the word we talk when he comes in and I've been told he's always checking me out when he comes shopping in. I'm just nervous when it comes to making the first move especailly with a guy that is a few years older than me. I would hate to be rejected.
