 Jumping in bed and screwing him probably IS the sexiest thing you can do for him. Few guys really care about the make-up and outfit. Instead, wear a sexy or nice outfit that you think he will like for the day-time, so he gets to see you in it, and then later on just rip it off and jump in bed.
But, honestly, sex is better when it is done because you both are crazy for each other with lust, and not when you do it on an occasion. Because it may feel forced and false. Maybe he's tired that day and isn't up for it... And then you'll just be disappointed because you dressed up etc.
If you absolutely want sex to be a part of the celebration then I suggest eating cake in bed, naked, while you talk and share some laughs or watch a funny movie. Then who knows, maybe he'll eat cake off of you or vice versa. But let the sex part be spontaneous, and not planned.
