I need a way to calm down my mind and relax. but i just have so much trouble trying. I need a way to get my mind off something, but when i try thinking about something else, the thought is still back in my mind, just behind what i'm thinking. I don't know. Just thought someone might know. Any help is appreciated. Thanks:) Reply to this Question Share |

Hi there, You should go to the grocery store and get something called Chamomile Herb Tea, it is soothing to the body, and relaxes you. Good to drink it before you go to bed. The other larger thing to do for long tem effect, is to learn how to meditate, find yourself a quiet room, soft music, no lights, and quiet yourself by breathing deep and long, and thinking of a beautiful ocean, or the blue sky, concentrate on centering yourself, thinking about nothing, breathing in and out to a pattern of a sort of humming, Do this every day until you have learned how to do it so well, that when things get on your nerves, you will be able to replicate it whereever you are, and you will be able to relax yourself in an instanct. You must practice the sessions, they will serve you well. You build your reserve strength by meditating, and being in touch with your inner being. Stay in touch and please let me know if it helps. Take care.
