 I think a chat room would be good but as long as it was hosted,i think it would also add to the lighter social side of the site that has kind of been developed with the forums. As for design, i think i have seen a alternative 'lighter' one which i truly liked.

I know you've got the feature that shows the agony aunts top rated by the question-asker, but it'd be nice to be able to check on invidivual answers if there was an easy way to do it.

Oh, and maybe an online chat so people can quickly log on and discuss their problems about boyfriends, husbands etc live instead of having to wait for their question and all answers to be checked within 24 hours.
