You can do it any time anywhere in any position, not just when weeing. If you want to do it when not weeing imagine your muscles are an elevator, squeeze them up through as many floors as you can, i.e. squeeze and hold, squeeze and hold a bit further and so on and let them down in the same way. I do them all the time and even after 3 kids have had no complaints!!
