We didn't have sex but he did finger me, so if he had precum on his hand (he did not ejaculate) that he used to finger me, could I have gotten HIV? He told me that he was clean with no STIs etc but I hardly knew him and now I'm becoming parniod. And I can't get tested for HIV until 3 months after the incident, I don't know how I'm going to not worry in the next 3 to 4 months until I know for sure that I am okay... What is the likelihood that I could have gotten HIV from him?

To have HIV this guy would have to be infected and he would also have had to get pre-cum inside you, this is unlikely, but still possible.
HIV is not the only sexually transmitted disease that you should be worried about when being sexual with someone, it would be best to get yourself a sexual health screening and from now on always try to have safe sex.

Yes it is likely that an STI can be passed from bodily fluids. This is something that you should have thought about before this happened. You seem to be very paranoid about catching HIV even though you don't know that he has HIV. Just put it to the back of your mind because it is not very likely that you will catch HIV from this. Off course there is always that risk but there is no point in stressing yourself out over the next few months. Try and put it to the back of your mind and forget about it for now. Worrying about it is not going to help you.

If he had his pre-cum (his bodily fluid) on his hand then inserted his finger in your genitalia, it's very possible you could have HIV. That is if he is infected with HIV. You don't even know if he has any STDs, so there's no need to freak out about it now.
Just keep calm and get yourself tested. You can test anywhere from 2-8 weeks.
