 Its when you get BUTT NAKED and go swimming! I did when I was at a 21st in Newquay at 5am....BIG BIG MISTAKE! I was sooooo cold, but its funny!
Make sure you don't get caught by the police or anything as you could get in trouble, but overall it is a wicked laugh when you do get caught by like the general public!
