Tisha-1 agony auntThere's an extensive discussion of orgasm here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orgasm

Basically, to reach orgasm, a woman's clitoris or in some cases, her 'G-spot' located inside the vagina, is stimulated until she experiences an involuntary set of rhythmic contractions. The sensation is very pleasurable for most women.

I'd suggest that you experiment with yourself and determine what works best for you. Some women find that using a vibrator for clitoral stimulation will speed up the learning process.

A female reader, RedAthena United States +, writes (6 June 2011):

RedAthena agony auntMedically speaking, an orgasm is the result of stimulation of the sensitive nerve bundles in the genatalia.

This can result result in muscular spasms in the body and ejaculation where fluids are released. The ejaculation can happen in a man or woman, but is rarer in women.

The orgasm is pleasurable and feels like a release of tension that radiates thru the entire body. The orgasm also releases hormones to the brain that bring a euphoric and relaxing feeling. The spasms typically last a few seconds to several minutes and differ from person to person.

How you acheive the orgasm depends on your own body, your thoughts, who you have sex with, or your own willingness to explore what stimulates you best.

Best Wishes.

A reader, anonymous, writes (6 June 2011):

An orgasm is the most sensational feeling you can have. in your vagina are a highly concentrate patch of nerve ending that when stimulated cause a rush of blood and muscle contraction to that area that feel good.

To achieve one you must be aroused. you must stimulate the clitoris and Gspot located 1.5 Inches up for vagina towards the front of the pelvic bone. Start of slow and get more vigorous. Then at climax you will feel a sensation that I couldnt describe but I wish I could be a girl for one night to experience it because it looks like they are in a heaven and i get jealous sometimes.
